Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Reschedules

We kindly request our clients to provide us with a 24-hour advance notice in the event that they are unable to keep their scheduled appointment. This will enable our staff to make the necessary arrangements and offer the opportunity for waitlisted guests to take the available slot. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, there will be a fee charged equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Last Minute No Shows

Again, we understand life happens! We will be mindful to emergencies and illnesses. With that, our no show policy is a fee of 75% of your scheduled appointment price. This includes canceling the day of. Each service provider will handle their cancellations differently, please reach out to them directly for any questions or concerns.
