We understand that life gets in the way and appointments need to be rescheduled at times! We ask that you notified us -at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can do so by emailing with the information above or by texting 608-632-9672. If you are canceling on Saturday-Monday, please email the service provider directly.

Our independent stylists save your appointment time special for you. In the case of having to cancel in 24 hours or less, a 50% fee of your scheduled appointment price will be charged. Each provider's contact information can be found under the "More" tab, from there they will work with you to find a time that fits best to reschedule!

Again, we understand life happens! We will be mindful to emergencies and illnesses. With that, our no show policy is a fee of 75% of your scheduled appointment price.
